What You Need

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Cheddar Cheese Cubes
  • 13 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small each green and red pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 lb. mushrooms, stems removed
  • 26 wooden skewers

Let’s Make It

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix meat, mayonnaise, bread crumbs and garlic powder in large bowl. Shape into 52 meatballs, each about 1-1/2 inches in diameter. Place in single layer in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  2. Bake 25 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Arrange meatballs, cheese cubes, tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms evenly on skewers.
