Cheeseburger Kabobs

What You Need
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Cheddar Cheese Cubes
- 13 cherry tomatoes
- 1 small each green and red pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 lb. mushrooms, stems removed
- 26 wooden skewers
Let’s Make It
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix meat, mayonnaise, bread crumbs and garlic powder in large bowl. Shape into 52 meatballs, each about 1-1/2 inches in diameter. Place in single layer in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
- Bake 25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Arrange meatballs, cheese cubes, tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms evenly on skewers.
