What You Need
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen corn, thawed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 oz. (1/2-8 oz. pkg) cream cheese, softened
- 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Signature Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
Let’s Make It
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Combine corn, sour cream, cream cheese, jalapeno, cilantro, 3/4 cup shredded cheese and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese.
