What You Need

  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz. (1/2-8 oz. pkg) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Signature Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided

 

Let’s Make It

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine corn, sour cream, cream cheese, jalapeno, cilantro, 3/4 cup shredded cheese and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese.
  3. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Top with remaining cheese.
  4. Bake 15 to 20 min. or until dip is heated through and top is lightly browned.
