What You Need
- 2 pkg. (5 oz. each) arugula
- 2 apples, sliced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 3/4 cup walnut halves, toasted
- 1/2 cup slivered red onions
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese, divided
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
