What You Need

  • 16 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 pkg. (1 oz.) taco seasoning mix
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1-1/2 cups salsa, divided
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese, divided
  • 3/4 cup sour cream

 

Let’s Make It

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain well.
  3. Meanwhile, brown meat in medium skillet; drain.
  4. Add seasoning mix and water; mix well. Bring to boil. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. Stir in 1 cup salsa and 1 cup cheese.
  5. Spoon meat mixture into shells. Place in 13×9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining salsa and cheese. Cover.
  6. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through.
  7. Serve with sour cream.
