What You Need
- 16 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 pkg. (1 oz.) taco seasoning mix
- 2/3 cup water
- 1-1/2 cups salsa, divided
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese, divided
- 3/4 cup sour cream
Let’s Make It
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain well.
- Meanwhile, brown meat in medium skillet; drain.
- Add seasoning mix and water; mix well. Bring to boil. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. Stir in 1 cup salsa and 1 cup cheese.
- Spoon meat mixture into shells. Place in 13×9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining salsa and cheese. Cover.
- Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through.
- Serve with sour cream.
