Parmesan Crusted Pork

What You Need
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 6 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
- 1 pork tenderloin (1-1/2 lb.) sliced into 1-inch medallions
Let’s Make It
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a large resealable bag; seal and shake well to combine.
- Add pork; shake to evenly coat.
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet on medium heat. In batches, add pork; cook 4 min. on each side or until done (145°F). Drain on paper towel lined plate. Repeat with remaining pork.
- Serve immediately.

Serve with lemon wedges and fresh chopped parsley.
