What You Need
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 5 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 3.5 oz (1/2 of 7-oz. pkg.) KRAFT Flavor Fusions Tomato Basil Monterey Jack Cheese, cubed
- 3.5 oz (1/2 of 7-oz. pkg.) KRAFT Flavor Fusions Garlic & Herb Cheddar Cheese, cubed
- 2 oz. sliced pepperoni, chopped
- 1 jar (6 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
Let’s Make It
- Shake olive oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano and Parmesan cheese together in a covered jar until blended. Reserve.
- Add lettuce and cabbage to large bowl. Top with remaining ingredients. Drizzle with reserved dressing; mix lightly.
