Crispy Brussels Sprouts

What You Need

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed, cut lengthwise in half

Let’s Make It

  1. Cook bacon in large ovenproof nonstick skillet on medium heat until crisp. Meanwhile, combine cheese, bread crumbs and paprika.
  2. Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towels.
  3. Discard all but 1-1/2 Tbsp. drippings from skillet. Add Brussels sprouts to reserved drippings; cook 8 to 10 min. or until caramelized, stirring frequently. Meanwhile, crumble bacon.
  4. Remove Brussels sprouts from skillet. Add cheese mixture to skillet. Cook, stirring frequently until toasted, 2 to 3 min.
  5. Sprinkle Brussels sprouts with cheese mixture and reserved bacon.

  • How to Prepare the Brussels Sprouts:

    Remove any loose or yellowing leaves from stem of each sprout. Trim and discard ends of stems. Rinse sprouts; drain, then use as desired.
