Garlicky Fondue

What You Need

  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 cups KRAFT Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded

Let’s Make It

  1. Melt butter in medium saucepan on low heat. Whisk in flour; cook and stir 1 min.
  2. Gradually stir in milk; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until thickened.  Stir in garlic powder.  Add shredded cheese; cook 3 to 5 min. or until completely melted, stirring frequently.
  3. Remove from heat; pour into fondue pot to serve.
