Air Fried Cacio e Pepe Gnocchi

What You Need

  • 1 pkg. (17.6 oz.) refrigerated gnocchi, uncooked 
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil 
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper 
  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan & Romano Cheese 
  • 1/3 cup marinara sauce 

Let’s Make It

  1. Heat air fryer to 400°F. 
  2. Combine gnocchi, oil and pepper in bowl; stir to combine.  
  3. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place gnocchi in prepared basket; add to air fryer. Cook 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown and crispy. 
  4. Transfer cooked gnocchi back into bowl. Top with cheese; stir to combine.  
  5. Serve with marinara sauce.
