What You Need

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 
  • 1 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese  
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing 
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce  
  • 1/2 cup croutons 

Let’s Make It

  1. Beat cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and dressing with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. 
  2. Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate; top with lettuce and croutons.
