Parmesan-Crusted Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich

What You Need

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp. strawberry jelly or preserves
  • 2 tsp. butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let’s Make It

  1. Fill bread slices with peanut butter and jelly.
  2. Spread outside of sandwich with butter. Sprinkle 1-1/2 tsp. Parmesan over each side of sandwich; press gently into sandwich to secure.
  3. Cook in skillet on medium heat 3 min. on each side or until sandwich is golden brown on both sides.
