What You Need
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 lb. Mexican chorizo
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 poblano pepper, finely chopped
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
Let’s Make It
- Brown chorizo in large cast iron skillet on medium heat; drain. Add onions and poblano pepper; cook and stir until vegetables are tender.
- Heat broiler. Add cheeses and cilantro to chorizo mixture; stir to combine. Broil 4 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted and bubbling.
