20-Minute Grilled Chicken with Parmesan Rice

What You Need

  • 2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/2 lb.) 
  • 2 Tbsp. Italian dressing 
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese 
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes 
  • 2 green onions, sliced 
  • 1-1/3 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice 

Let’s Make It

  1. Heat grill to medium heat. 
  2. Brush chicken with dressing.  Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until chicken is done (165°F). 
  3. Meanwhile, stir cheese, tomatoes and onions into rice.   
  4. Serve chicken over rice mixture.
