What You Need
- 2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/2 lb.)
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 cup Italian-seasoned panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
Let’s Make It
- Whisk egg white in pie plate until blended. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan in separate pie plate.
- Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Dip chicken, 1 breast at a time, into egg, then bread crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast with each ingredient. Place in single layer in prepared basket.
- Spray chicken with cooking spray; place basket in air fryer. Cook 12 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).
- Top chicken with marinara sauce and mozzarella; cook 3 min. or until mozzarella is melted.
