Baked Bruschetta Pasta with Sausage

What You Need
- 1 pkg. (7 oz.) KRAFT Flavor Fusions Tomato Basil Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 can (28 oz.) whole peeled tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (15 oz.) crushed tomatoes
- 12 oz. uncooked farfalle pasta
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
Let’s Make It
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Shred 1/3 Monterey Jack cheese and thinly slice the remaining cheese; reserve.
- Crumble sausage into 12-inch ovenproof skillet; cook and stir on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or until done. Add garlic and oregano; cook 1 to 2 min.
- Stir in whole tomatoes, using a spoon to break them up. Add crushed tomatoes; simmer 10 min. to slightly thicken.
- Stir in pasta and 1 cup water; simmer 2 min., stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
- Spoon into 13×9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining Monterey Jack slices and Parmesan. Bake 18 to 22 min. until pasta is cooked and cheese is lightly browned.
