Black Pepper Bacon & Cheddar Biscuits

What You Need

  • 2-1/2 cups all-purpose baking mix 
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 
  • 2/3 cup milk 
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted 
  • 8 slices cooked thick cut bacon, crumbled 
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced 
  • 1 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper 

Let’s Make It

  1. Heat oven to 450°F.  
  2. Mix all ingredients in large bowl just until mixture forms soft dough. 
  3. Place on lightly floured surface; roll out dough to 1/2-inch thickness.  
  4. Cut into 12 rounds with 2-1/2 inch cookie cutter, rerolling dough scraps as necessary. 
  5. Place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. 
  6. Bake 10 min. or until golden brown.
