Caesar-Chicken Salad Panini

What You Need

  • 1/4 cup cream cheese 
  • 2 Tbsp. milk 
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice 
  • 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese 
  • 1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves 
  • 1 green onion, sliced 
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts 
  • 8 KRAFT Slim Cut Mozzarella Cheese Slices 
  • 8 slices multi-grain bread 
  • 4 small romaine lettuce leaves 
  • 1 large tomato, cut into 8 thin slices 

Let’s Make It

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients in medium bowl until blended. Stir in chicken.  
  2. Place 1 cheese slice on each of 4 bread slices. Top with chicken salad, lettuce and tomatoes; cover with remaining cheese and bread slices. 
  3. Grill 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are golden brown on both sides.
