Caprese Chicken Paninis

What You Need

  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.), cooked, sliced
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup pesto sauce, divided
  • 6 ciabatta sandwich rolls (4 inch), split
  • 1 large tomato, cut into 6 slices
  • 5 oz. (about 3/4 of 7-oz. pkg.) KRAFT Flavor Fusions Tomato Basil Monterey Jack Cheese, cut into 18 slices

Let’s Make It

  1. Heat panini grill. Mix mayonnaise and 2 Tbsp. pesto sauce until blended; spread onto bottom halves of rolls. Top with tomatoes.
  2. Place chicken in medium bowl. Add remaining pesto sauce; mix lightly. Place over tomatoes.  Cover with 3 slices cheese and tops of rolls.
  3. Grill sandwiches, in batches if necessary, 5 to 6 min. or until cheese is melted and outsides of sandwiches are golden brown.
