Carbonara-Style Ramen

What You Need
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/8 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) ramen noodles, any flavor
- 3 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
Let’s Make It
- Whisk first four ingredients in medium bowl until blended; reserve.
- Cook noodles as directed on package (discard seasoning packet or reserve for another use). Drain; reserving 1/4 cup cooking water.
- Meanwhile, cook and stir bacon in large skillet on medium heat until crisp. Remove 2 Tbsp. cooked bacon from skillet with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.
- Add cooked noodles and reserved water to bacon in skillet; mix lightly on low heat 1 min. or until heated through. Remove pan from heat.
- Add egg mixture to skillet, stirring vigorously until combined. Spoon into serving bowl; top with reserved bacon and green onion.
Kitchen Tips
Make sure skillet has slightly cooled before adding egg mixture. If skillet is too hot, eggs will start to scramble.
