Cheesy Egg, Bacon and Avocado Bagel Sandwich

What You Need

  • 2 tsp. butter
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup KRAFT Signature Colby Jack Blend Shredded Cheese, divided
  • 4 everything thin bagels, split
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, cut in half
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Let’s Make It

  1. Heat oven to 350°
  2. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium-low heat. Add eggs; cook 4 to 5 min. or just until set, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in 1/3 cup cheese.
  3. Place bagel tops and bottoms on baking sheet. Top bagel bottoms evenly with bacon, cooked eggs, and remaining cheese. Cook 5 to 7 min. until cheese is melted and bacon is warmed through.
  4. Remove from oven. Top eggs with avocado and toasted bagel top.
