Chipotle Chicken Nachos
It’s an app. It’s a meal. It’s a quick-prep party on a pan. With the creamy shreds of Monterey Jack, Cheddar, Mozzarella, and Asadero cheeses, Kraft Signature Mexican Blend brings rich flavor to this fun family dish mixed with chipotle chicken and a rainbow of toppings.

What You Need
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup finely chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1-1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts
- 6 cups tortilla chips (6 oz.)
- 1 cup rinsed canned black beans
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Signature Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeño peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced radishes
- 1/4 cup mango salsa
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Let’s Make It
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Toss onions with vinegar in bowl; let stand 10 min.
- Heat chipotle peppers and honey together in medium skillet on medium-low heat 1 to 2 min. or until heated through. Stir in chicken.
- Spread chips onto large ovenproof plate; top with chicken, beans and cheese.
- Bake 5 to 7 min. or until cheese is melted.
- Drain onions; discard vinegar. Top nachos with onions, jalapeno peppers, radishes and salsa. Serve with sour cream.

Substitute with your favorite salsa.
Garnish with cilantro.
