Creamy Cavatappi Cacio e Pepe

What You Need
- 2-1/2 cups cavatappi, uncooked
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, divided
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper
Let’s Make It
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in large skillet on low heat. Add flour; cook and stir 1 min. or until hot and bubbly. Gradually whisk in milk. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; simmer on low heat 3 to 5 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients; stir until melted.
- Drain pasta. Add to cheese sauce; mix well.
