Crispy Brussels Sprouts

What You Need
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed, cut lengthwise in half
Let’s Make It
- Cook bacon in large ovenproof nonstick skillet on medium heat until crisp. Meanwhile, combine cheese, bread crumbs and paprika.
- Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towels.
- Discard all but 1-1/2 Tbsp. drippings from skillet. Add Brussels sprouts to reserved drippings; cook 8 to 10 min. or until caramelized, stirring frequently. Meanwhile, crumble bacon.
- Remove Brussels sprouts from skillet. Add cheese mixture to skillet. Cook, stirring frequently until toasted, 2 to 3 min.
- Sprinkle Brussels sprouts with cheese mixture and reserved bacon.

How to Prepare the Brussels Sprouts:
Remove any loose or yellowing leaves from stem of each sprout. Trim and discard ends of stems. Rinse sprouts; drain, then use as desired.
