Crispy Parmesan Carrots

What You Need

  • 1 lb. carrots, peeled, cut into 3-inch pieces
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Let’s Make It

  1. Heat oven to 425°F.
  2. Slice carrots in half lengthwise. Toss carrots with oil in large bowl.
  3. Combine cheese, garlic powder and dried parsley in small dish.
  4. Cover baking sheet with parchment; spray with cooking spray. Add cheese mixture to baking sheet and evenly spread out. Place carrots, flat-sides down on top of cheese.
  5. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until carrots are crispy and golden brown.
  6. Serve with ranch dressing.
