Kitchen Tips

TIP 1

Note
When preparing a cheese platter, purchase between 3 to 6 varieties of cheese to ensure that you end up with an interesting assortment of flavors that won’t overwhelm your guests. For best flavor, remove the cheeses from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before your guests are due to arrive. Be sure to keep the fruit in the refrigerator until you are ready to add it to the cheese board or platter.
