Garlic Parmesan Buffalo Wings with Feta Ranch Dip

What You Need

  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided  
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder 
  • 1 tsp. onion powder 
  • 1-1/2 tsp. garlic powder, divided 
  • 2 lb. chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed 
  • 1 cup PRESIDENT Feta Crumbles 
  • 1 cup sour cream 
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk 
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives 
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill 
  • 1/4 cup butter 
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce 

Let’s Make It

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. 
  2. Place wire rack on baking sheet. Mix 1/3 cup Parmesan, baking powder, onion powder and 1 tsp. garlic powder until blended. Coat wings with baking powder mixture; place in single layer on wire rack.  
  3. Bake 35 to 40 min. or until wings are done, turning after 20 min. 
  4. Meanwhile, mix feta, sour cream, buttermilk, chives, dill and remaining garlic powder until blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 
  5. Melt butter with wing sauce in small saucepan over low heat; stir until blended. Add cooked wings to large bowl; pour sauce over wings and toss to coat. Top with remaining Parmesan. 
  6. Serve wings with reserved sauce.
