Grilled Chicken Buffalo Ranch Sliders

What You Need
- 1-1/2 lb. thin-cut boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into equal 12 pieces
- 1/2 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp. zest and 2 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon
- 12 slices KRAFT Flavor Fusions – Buffalo Ranch
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) Hawaiian savory butter dinner rolls, cut in half horizontally
- 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup arugula
Let’s Make It
- Combine chicken and dressing in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat all sides of chicken. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
- Meanwhile, blend avocado, sour cream, lemon juice and zest in food processor until creamy; reserve.
- Heat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken 3 to 4 min, then flip. Top with cheese and cook an additional 3 to 4 min. until chicken is done (165°F).
- Spread avocado mixture onto bottoms and tops of dinner rolls. Top with chicken, tomatoes and arugula.
