What You Need
- 2 cups fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sliced fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp. hot honey
- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
Let’s Make It
- Heat chicken broth in saucepan over high heat. Once boiling, stir in oats. Reduce heat to simmer; cook 6 to 8 min. or until oats are cooked through and softened.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese. Divide among bowls and top with basil, hot honey and black pepper.
