Jalapeño Grilled Cheese

What You Need
- 4 slices multi-grain bread
- 1 small jalapeño pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 KRAFT Big Slice Pepper Jack Cheese Slices
- 2 KRAFT Big Slice American Cheese Slices
- 4 tsp. butter, softened
Let’s Make It
- Fill bread slices with next 3 ingredients to make 2 sandwiches. Spread outsides of sandwiches with remaining butter.
- Cook in skillet on medium heat 2 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are golden brown on both sides.

Add a Crushed Pretzel Crust to the sandwich
- Crush about 16 small pretzel twists, or about 3 large twists, to get 1/3 cup crumbs
- Whisk 1 egg and 3 Tbsp. milk in pie plate until blended.
- Dip sandwiches, 1 at a time, in egg mixture, then in pretzel crumbs, turning to evenly coat both sides of each sandwich with both ingredients.
- Then cook in a skillet on medium heat 2 min. on each side or until cheese is melted.
