Jalapeño Parmesan Crisps with Green Goddess Dip

What You Need

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 large fresh jalapeño pepper, seeded, sliced into 16 slices

Let’s Make It

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Blend cottage cheese, parsley, dill or basil, green onion and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth. Add water 1 Tbsp. at a time until desired consistency is reached. Pour into a small bowl; reserve.
  3. Combine Parmesan cheeses. Spoon into 16 mounds, 1 inch apart, on baking sheet lined with parchment paper, using about 1 Tbsp. cheese mixture for each. Flatten mounds slightly. Place a slice of jalapeño in the middle of each cheese mound.
  4. Bake 5 to 7 min. or until golden brown, rotating baking sheet after 3 min.
  5. Cool on baking sheet 1 min., then transfer to wire rack; cool completely. Serve with reserved dip.
