Jalapeño Parmesan Crisps with Green Goddess Dip

What You Need
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 large fresh jalapeño pepper, seeded, sliced into 16 slices
Let’s Make It
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Blend cottage cheese, parsley, dill or basil, green onion and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth. Add water 1 Tbsp. at a time until desired consistency is reached. Pour into a small bowl; reserve.
- Combine Parmesan cheeses. Spoon into 16 mounds, 1 inch apart, on baking sheet lined with parchment paper, using about 1 Tbsp. cheese mixture for each. Flatten mounds slightly. Place a slice of jalapeño in the middle of each cheese mound.
- Bake 5 to 7 min. or until golden brown, rotating baking sheet after 3 min.
- Cool on baking sheet 1 min., then transfer to wire rack; cool completely. Serve with reserved dip.
