What You Need
- 1/2 lb. extra-lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup rinsed canned kidney beans
- 2 tsp. taco seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 6 cups tortilla chips (6 oz.)
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
- 1/2 avocado, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE’S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
Let’s Make It
- Heat oven to 350° F
- Cook beef and onions in medium nonstick skillet until beef is done, stirring frequently. Add beans, taco seasoning mix and salsa; mix well. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Spread half the chips onto large overproof plate; top with half each of the beef mixture and cheese. Repeat layers.
- Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted; top with remaining ingredients.
