What You Need

  • 1/2 lb. extra-lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup rinsed canned kidney beans
  • 2 tsp. taco seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 6 cups tortilla chips (6 oz.)
  • 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
  • 1/2 avocado, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE’S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Let’s Make It

  1. Heat oven to 350° F
  2. Cook beef and onions in medium nonstick skillet until beef is done, stirring frequently. Add beans, taco seasoning mix and salsa; mix well. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  3. Spread half the chips onto large overproof plate; top with half each of the beef mixture and cheese. Repeat layers.
  4. Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted; top with remaining ingredients.
