Microwaved Corn on the Cob

What You Need
- 4 ears corn on the cob (with husks still on)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 4 tsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
Let’s Make It
- Place corn in single layer in microwave.
- Microwave on HIGH 9 min. or until tender, turning after 5 min.; cool slightly.
- Cut 1/2-inch-thick slice off stem end of each corn ear. Working with 1 ear at a time, wrap kitchen towel around corn, then pull husks and silk off corn. Repeat with remaining ears of corn, 1 at a time. Remove and discard any silk remaining on corn ears. Place corn on plate.
- Mix mayonnaise, ketchup and paprika until blended; spread onto corn. Sprinkle with cheese.

Note
This recipe can easily be cut in half to make just 2 servings. Prepare recipe as directed, cutting all ingredient measures in half, and reducing the microwave cooking time to 5 min., turning corn after 3 min.
