Parmesan Apple Crisp

What You Need

  • 2 lb. baking apples, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 2-1/2 tsp. cinnamon, divided
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed

Let’s Make It

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place apples in large bowl. Add 1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon, vanilla, cloves and lemon ; toss to coat. Spoon into 2-qt casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Mix flour, sugar, Parmesan, oats and remaining cinnamon until blended. Cut in cold butter using a fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.  Sprinkle over apple mixture.
  4. Bake 30 to 40 min. or until golden brown and bubbling. Remove from oven and cool 5 min. Serve warm.
