Parmesan Onion Ring Chips

What You Need
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 medium white onion, sliced into ¼-inch thick rounds
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp each garlic powder and paprika
Let’s Make It
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Combine Parmesan cheeses in small bowl. Evenly spread cheese mixture onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprayed with cooking spray. Place onion slices evenly on top of cheese mixture.
- Brush onion slices with oil; sprinkle with garlic powder and paprika.
- Bake 18 to 20 min. or until golden brown, rotating baking sheet after 10 min.
- Cool completely on baking sheet 10 min., then break apart or cut into pieces to serve.
