What You Need

  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 1 egg white, beaten
  • 1 can (10.3 oz.) mixed nuts
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Let’s Make It

  1. Heat oven to 300°F.
  2. Combine first four ingredients in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Spread onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake 25 to 30 min. or until nuts are lightly browned, stirring every 10 min. Remove from oven and cool completely.
