Philly Cheesesteak Queso Dip

What You Need

  • 1 Tbsp. oil 
  • 1/2 each red and green bell pepper, cut into strips 
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced 
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef 
  • 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk 
  • 1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese 
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese 

Let’s Make It

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add peppers and onions; cook 5 min. or until crisp tender. Remove peppers and onions from skillet; set aside.  
  2. Add ground beef to same skillet; cook 10 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Drain. Remove beef from skillet; set aside. 
  3. Heat milk in skillet. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Add cheese; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until melted.  
  4. Stir in reserved peppers, onions and beef until combined.
