What You Need

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1-1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 5 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion
  • 3.5 oz (1/2 of 7-oz. pkg.) KRAFT Flavor Fusions Tomato Basil Monterey Jack Cheese, cubed
  • 3.5 oz (1/2 of 7-oz. pkg.) KRAFT Flavor Fusions Garlic & Herb Cheddar Cheese, cubed
  • 2 oz. sliced pepperoni, chopped
  • 1 jar (6 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, drained, chopped

Let’s Make It

  1. Shake olive oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano and Parmesan cheese together in a covered jar until blended. Reserve.
  2. Add lettuce and cabbage to large bowl. Top with remaining ingredients. Drizzle with reserved dressing; mix lightly.
