What You Need
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1/8 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 2 slices sourdough bread, toasted
- 2 soft boiled eggs, chopped
- 4 tsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chili crisp
Let’s Make It
- Combine avocado, lemon juice and black pepper together in small bowl; mash together.
- Spread toast with avocado mixture. Top with eggs, Parmesan and chili crisp.
