Spicy Ranch Cheese Dip

What You Need

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 
  • 1 cup sour cream 
  • 1 env. (0.7 oz.) ranch salad dressing mix 
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese, divided 
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen corn, thawed, well drained 
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped  
  • 1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded, finely chopped 

Let’s Make It

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. 
  2. Mix first 3 ingredients in medium bowl until blended.  Stir in 1-1/2 cups shredded cheese, corn and peppers. 
  3. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate. 
  4. Bake 20 min. or until heated through.  Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
