What You Need

  • 1 flour tortilla (10-inch)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded KRAFT Flavor Fusions Garlic & Herb Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup chopped baby spinach

Let’s Make It

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Coat 8-inch round cake pan with cooking spray. Press tortilla onto bottom and up sides of pan.
  3. Beat eggs and cottage cheese together with whisk until blended; pour over tortilla. Top with remaining ingredients.
  4. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until filling is set and tortilla is lightly browned.
