What You Need
- 1/3 cup Italian dressing
- 2 cups loosely packed fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 4 oz. KRAFT Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, cubed
- 16 French bread slices (1/2 inch thick), toasted
Let’s Make It
- Blend dressing, basil and Parmesan in blender until smooth.
- Combine tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Spread basil mixture onto toast slices; top with tomato mixture.
